Our office environment is within a listed Georgian house in superb grounds, providing seclusion and privacy for you when discussing your financial affairs - and you can book out rooms and catering for meetings, training or private or commercial dining on site as part of our range of augmented services for you.

About Us

From our easy-to-reach premises in Rumwell Hall on the outskirts of Taunton and with extensive free parking, we deliver outstanding services to meet your needs. Our regional cost-base gives us a significant advantage, especially when dealing with our city-based clients.

The 2010 merger of Butterworth Jones & Co (established 1921), and DixonWalsh (established 1936) blends a wealth of experience with a modern, friendly, down-to-earth focus.

How to find us

Rumwell Hall offers ease of access and extensive free parking (no fighting and paying for town centre spaces!)

  1. Rumwell Hall is on the A38, only 2 miles south west of Taunton and 4 miles from Wellington. Post code for satellite navigation is TA4 1E
  2. Exit the M5 at junction 26, direction of Wellington.  At the first roundabout, turn right on the A38, heading for Taunton. After approximately 3 miles you will see Rumwell Farm Shop on your left, and then Rumwell Inn: Rumwell Hall is directly opposite.
  3. Exit the M5 at junction 25, pick up signs for A38 south, follow until you see the Rumwell Inn on your right – Rumwell Hall is directly opposite.

  • Cycling
    Should you choose to ‘do your bit’ for the environment and cycle to us along the A38 we offer secure bicycle parking and make our shower facilities available to you so that you can freshen up on arrival.
  • Bus route
    The local bus stop is directly outside our door – it couldn’t be more convenient.
  • Train stations and airports
    Our closest coach and train stations are in Taunton, offering links to major towns and cities nationwide. Nearest airports are Bristol (BRS) 32 kilometres away, and Exeter (EXT) only 20 kilometres away.
